We are still experiencing downtime with the storage layer. We are working to ensure that the service is back up and does not have intermittent failures.

Investigating infrastructural issues with history service. Some service disruptions should be expected. We will continue to post frequent updates to indicate investigation progress.
While the sending request flows are not affected, the storing of the history is affected.
